Lease Term

This lease is for a fixed term of 12 months unless otherwise agreed in writing. After the term ends, it may convert to a month-to-month tenancy if both parties agree.
2. Rent
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month.
Rent payments made after the 5th of the month will incur a late fee.
3. Security Deposit
A security deposit is due at signing.
This deposit will be held to cover any damages, cleaning fees, or unpaid rent. It will be returned within 21 days of lease termination, minus any applicable deductions.
