It is 5 minutes away from Crozet and is set between Ivy & Crozet on a historic School Marm's property:) It is close to UVa, Downtime Pedestrian Mall, shops and 5 minutes from Crozet (coffee shops (Mudhouse! (local fav!), restaurants, hiking), plus Vineyards, reservoir (5 min), skiing (20min). Great place to live- people are very happy in the Cottage:) 12 month lease. All utilities are already connected (except for cable.) Water, garbage and recycling are provided with rent; renter pays electricity and broad band (wifi) monthly. Non Smoking. Parking available on gravel parking area. Pet deposit and references required. Pet deposit is additional or choice of small monthly rent increase (appx $25 depending on pet references / age of pet)
