It is an excellent location right off of Cary Parkway, near Lake Pine Rd. This *two bedroom* home is quite spacious with a living room, dining room, and a kitchen with eat in bar and pantry. A lovely sun room, overlooking a private yard, is the perfect place for your morning breakfast and/or coffee and a screened in porch beyond. The home has lots of windows that let in the beautiful sun. The flooring is a mix of freshly shampooed carpet and gorgeous Brazilian cherry wood floors in the sunroom and kitchen. There is a separate laundry room with the washer and dryer for your convenience. Tenants are responsible for water, gas (winter), and electricity (highest in the summer) bills. Tenants can utilize GoCary, a town transport service for a small fee. Within a mile or two, one can reach either of two grocery/restaurant/bank/etc shopping centers. It is a very friendly neighborhood and a lovely environment in which to live. *This will be a SHORT TERM LEASE and is available for a period of 4 to 7 months, from 11/1/25 to 5/31/26.
