Nestled in a quiet neighborhood near Camelot Park (Pickleball), taking morning walks on the scenic palm tree lined streets is a great way to begin your day. Prime location allows you to walk/bike to shopping & waterfront dining at Cape Harbour - easy access to top attractions! Enjoy our spacious, electrically-heated pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, which is large enough to swim laps! The fully screened, northern exposure pool area covers the entire length of the home and boasts beautiful brick pavers with oversized pool deck for lounging in the sun or grilling your fresh seafood. The under-truss area offers continuous shade throughout the day, and features an oversized, comfortable conversation area, and a hot tub large enough for 2 to 3 people! Our home includes a tasteful dining room off the kitchen, a large family room with cathedral ceilings and a huge 65'' Smart TV and comfortable sitting areas, and split floor plan bedrooms. The entire indoor living space features upgraded travertine flooring and both bathrooms have been newly updated with stylish tile work and granite vanities. Make yourself at home in our stunning new kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and high quality stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite updated bathroom with walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. One guest bedroom includes 1 queen bed, and the other has 2 twin beds. The guest bedrooms share an updated shower/tub bathroom that also leads directly to the lanai/pool area. Unique Benefits We are very close to the Publix grocery store and many other shopping/dining options including Lobster Lady (one of our favorite spots!), and waterfront shopping/dining options at Cape Harbour are an easy bike ride away. We provide 3 adult bikes and beach supplies to make your stay even more enjoyable! Why Kids Love It The pool is always number 1...and the pool at Camelot Point does not disappoint! Camelot Park is about two blocks away, Cape Creamery Ice Cream shop is less than 1 mile away, Sun Splash Water park and Fellowship Splash pad are a short drive away. Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island have beautiful beaches and are about a 30-45 minute drive away. You can also check out a boat tour to see wildlife, go shelling, or watch the sunset.
