It's all about the location, and this has to be one of the best in Boulder. Cottage is ideal for one person, or a couple. The bedroom nook only has room for a double bed. New energy efficient windows throughout The cottage is part of our larger property and the owners live in the main house. The entire property is fenced in with security cameras for added safety. NO ANIMALS No students and No animals Absolutely no 3rd party inquiries Space is fully furnished, if you have your own furniture this would not be a good fit. No smoking of any kind in the space or any where on or near the property. Complete tenant screening required at potential tenant expense. First and last months rent and security deposit will be due at signing of the lease. Tenant pays for their utilities, water, gas & electricity (Xcel). Tenant is responsible for internet, and a portion of trash as this is shared with owners. Tenant is responsible for supplying their own linens (bed sheets & pillow cases for double bed(full size)) and towels, washcloths, etc. $2400/month rent, with a $200/month early pay discount given when rent is paid prior to 1st day of each month.
