Hardwood floors almost everywhere but they are not refinished. If you don't like older houses, this house is not a good fit for you. You will need to fill out an application. You have to be caught up with all rent with your current landlord and have proof of this. You also had to give your current landlord 30 days notice. Please do not apply if you don't fit this criteria. Tenant will need deposit $1600 plus first months rent $1600 to move in.
