There are two bedrooms located on the upper level. The primary bedroom has a plush king-sized bed and a spacious walk-in closet so you can unpack your belongings and feel at home. A desk and chair in this room provide a designated workspace in case you need to get out your laptop and do some work during your stay. If not, this table doubles as a handy makeup vanity! This spacious bedroom has direct access to a Jack n' Jill style bathroom that also connects to the hallway. This bathroom features a shower and tub combination so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. The second bedroom on the upper level features a queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom is downstairs and is also furnished with a comfy queen-sized bed. You'll find the second full bathroom with a walk-in shower next to this bedroom. Both of the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. You'll also find a washer and dryer discreetly tucked behind a white curtain so that you can keep your clothes clean for the entirety of your stay. There's a comfortable queen-sized sofa bed located in the living room to accommodate any additional guests. KITCHEN & LOUNGE The open-concept kitchen and dining spaces are filled with natural light and offer a lovely atmosphere for making memories with friends and family. The full kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and all the dishes, cookware, and utensils you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, which seats 8 to 10 people, or head outside for an alfresco meal in the lovely backyard. Once you've eaten, relax in the elegant lounge next to the dining area while you make plans for your next adventure in Colorado. A lovely floral mural and comfy couch and armchairs make this a nice place to hang out. There's a second lounge located on the lower level with a Smart TV. Pick your favorite spot on the huge, cozy sectional couch and settle in for a movie night. Stream something on the complimentary Netflix account, or log into another service of your choice using your account. The high-speed wifi ensures you can stream without any worries about interruptions. OUTSIDE SPACE Step out into the backyard and enjoy some fresh air. You'll find plenty of comfortable outdoor seating available on the back deck, including a swaying egg chair that offers the perfect place to curl up with a good book. Take a seat and chat with your group while the sun sets. No need to go inside after dark - there are string lights hung above the porch to provide a lovely ambiance! If you're traveling with kids, they'll love running around in the fully-fenced backyard while the adults stay warm by the fire pit. Roast some s'mores and swap stories under the starry night sky. Located in a friendly neighborhood, this stunning home is near several restaurants and shops, so you'll have everything available at your fingertips! Whether you want to discover Denver or the Rocky Mountains, this is the perfect place to launch your adventures. This is a FULLY FURNISHED home. Leases from one to twelve months are available. A flat fee of $360/month for all utilities, including gas, electricity, wifi, water, trash, and recycling. No smoking in the home, though smoking is permitted in the backyard. Well behaved, housebroken dogs above two years old are allowed, with a $200 pet fee paid upfront per dog. $1000 refundable security deposit collected at time of lease agreement. $185 cleaning fee applied to all leases, to be paid with last month's rent.
