We have done extensive renovations since 2021. Our home is fully furnished and with little exception, it is well represented by the photos we selected. But to focus on things that might grab your attention: Is it our gourmet kitchen with 10-foot island? Or the newly remodeled primary bathroom with heated floors, custom shower for two and bidet style toilet? Or maybe that every bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom? Or maybe the 2 indoor gas fireplaces? Well, our front porch is amazing too. You decide what attracts you the most. Maybe it our ideal location, generously situated on a quiet Eastport corner lot where parking is never a problem. Which is a good thing, because you may be tempted to not move your car. You can walk to the best restaurants and attractions Annapolis has to offer. As licensed Bed and Breakfast operators since 2002, we have thought of all the creature comforts a visiting guest would want in their home away from home, so....simply relax and enjoy your stay. Minimum 1 month lease; minimum 2 months preferred. Maximum lease is negotiable UP TO 6 months. Longer requests will not be answered. No smoking/vaping in or around the property. Quiet neighborhood hours from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am. We require a fresh tenant screening report at tenant expense. No subletting. No short term rentals. No more than 6 people may reside at the home. Rates subject to change with season and duration.
