Situated right on a historic acequia and the Poblanos Open Space, our barn offers a uniquely New Mexican experience. We've coined the open space directly behind our property "New Mexico oceanfront." Ideal for short term business trips, movie industry, traveling professionals, long term holidays, etc! The old horse barn on our property was converted into a rustic chic modern living space. You'll be comfortable and cozy in each of our two bedrooms; the master bedroom with a king size bed and the guest bedroom with double sized bunk beds. The barn is move-in ready and fully equipped: laundry room with washer/dryer, cozy wood burning stove, all your swanky kitchen needs met, and all the other accouterments. If there are special requests, we'll do our best to accommodate. Our barn is situated on our 1/2 acre property, divided by a large block wall. You'll have access to our "back 40", or, the back half of our lot. A side driveway will gain you access to the gate that leads to the barn. You'll have access to our chicken's fresh eggs, herbs, 8 different fruit trees, elevated deck that overlooks the Poblanos Open Space and acequia, and biking/walking/running trails around the fields accessed right from our back yard gate. Los Poblanos Open Space hosts an impressive array of wildlife like the migrating sandhill cranes, coyotes, many species of owl, hawk, falcon, eagle, geese, and much more. It is a nature of paradise tucked right into the city limits. The location doesn't get any more optimal. So beloved and exceptional our neighborhood is, three previous tenants purchased homes on our block. -Long term or short term leases will be considered (4 month minimum) -Refundable damage deposit ($2950) -Reference check/background check Rent per month is: $2950 UTILITIES INCLUDED: Gas, electric, and water.
