I know because this was the first condo I bought when I moved to Denver and I personally lived here for 4 years. Here's what I loved about living here: the location is great because it is a quick drive to Cherry Creek and the DTC. It is close enough to commute downtown but also be far enough away from the downtown craziness. In the summertime I would head down to the beach at Cherry Creek State Park after work and go for a swim and watch the sunset on the Rockies. Whole Foods on Hampden Ave is a very quick drive for some great grocery shopping. You can literally walk across S. Parker Rd. to Starbucks Five Guys Burgers Tokyo Joes and my favorite . . . Lamars Donuts! The condo is located in Woodstream Falls Condominiums near the intersection of South Parker Road and Iliff in southeast Denver. I used to call this my "mountain cabin in the city" because there are mature evergreens right out your windows and a nice covered deck with a view of Pikes Peak to the south on a clear day. There is not much traffic noise at all and no one lives directly above you so you are not listening to footsteps over your head all the time. It has high ceilings in the living room and bedroom and a nice open floor plan that makes the place feel very roomy. There is no hunting for parking or scraping off a foot of snow from your car during blizzards because you have your own reserved covered parking spot right by the unit. A coin-op laundry room is attached to your building. The RTD bus line goes right by this place and the Light Rail Station is a short drive down Parker Road. The Details: 1200 per month includes rent and ALL the following utilities: electricity (which means you can run your AC or your heater as much as your want!) water sewer garbage collection parking pool usage. So basically all you need to set up and pay for yourself is internet cable TV and phone (only if you want them!). In order to move in I ask for a 30 application fee which allows me to run a basic online criminal background and credit check. If everything looks good on the application the first person to sign a lease and provide the cash or cleared funds for the Deposit gets the keys! (This place usually rents pretty fast) . I just repainted and installed brand new carpet, so have a preference for No Pets. Lease terms: I would prefer to initially sign a lease with an 4/30/2021 or 5/31/2021 end date. Interested?
