The property is located inside a gated community and is a walking distance away from a small shopping center that includes a Chevron Gas Station, Starbucks, CVS pharmacy, Ralph's, a Postal Annex, dry cleaners, KFC, McDonald's and many more restaurants. It is ideal for Southwestern College students or personnel. Starting lease duration is one month. There are no additional fees, besides the rent. There's no smoking inside the house but there's an outside patio with a big table and multiple chairs that you can use. Parking space is on the street and there's plenty right in front of the house. The general rules for everyone including family members are: NO loud music or TV, NO drugs or any type of firearms, please keep the walls and carpets clean, no damaging the furniture and absolutely no sharing the room and no visitors at all. The house is a cozy, quiet and safe space, we'd like to keep it that way.
