Apartment rents are too high for too little space; come have more space and save some money as our next roommate. My brother and I own this house, and we live in rooms upstairs. We are Colorado natives, office professionals in our late 30s, seasoned/experienced roommates, and are ready for the next roommate. We've had both male and female roommates over the years and looking for one individual occupant around our age (late 20's to early 40's) and no pets. The downstairs room that is available was just finished a few years ago; it is pretty big (adult-sized), private, and has its own ensuite bathroom. The room is unfurnished, but I have some extra furniture you're welcome to use if you'd like. We're pretty laid back and don't throw parties, but we do enjoy the occasional BBQ, game night, and outdoor activities. Utilities/Internet and access to FOUR Recreation Centers ARE INCLUDED with rent. Main floor has shared living room, kitchen, and laundry room. There are 4 bedrooms, but we do not have any plans to rent out the fourth one. We have a very well-mannered older female Husky, but we cannot have any additional pets (she'll only be around about half the year). The house is near University and Wildcat Reserve Parkway (close to everything). Looking for a 12-month lease and credit score of 680+. $800 Security Deposit. The room is immediately available.
