You will need upon signing the lease, first month rent along with the required security deposits. You must have a clean criminal history with no major offenses or infractions. You cannot have any evictions and no bankruptcy filings within 7 years of the date you will sign the lease. Your move in date can be as soon as 7/05/21 or 8/1/2021, whichever you prefer. Your credit score must be at least 620, with solid proof of income. Your information will be kept confidential and once we have verified your income we will shred your proof of income documents and they will be deleted from Zillow within 30 days. Please make sure to read everything that is mentioned on Zillow and its partners website regarding their terms and conditions, as well as the process to apply for the rental. A completed application will be required for each adult (starting at the age of 18) and payment for a background and credit history check ($29 fee each applicant). Additional terms and conditions will be listed in the lease which you can review in advance.
