Trash services are included in rent, water and sewer is submetered and billed back to each resident on a monthly basis. Our community features a beautiful location in the country, but not too far from downtown Columbus. We are just a few miles down the road from Scioto Downs and our community features on-site self storage (additional fee) and a play area for everyone to enjoy.
