Hey I'm a sophomore at CU living on the hill on 994 14th Street, located on the corner of 14th and Euclid. I am transferring to another school at the end of this semester, and I'm looking for someone who can handle living in a house on the hill with three other pretty cool dudes who all go to CU and are sophomores. If your looking for a really nice room to yourself and really good location in Boulder this is the spot for you and would be helping me out a lot.
