Retailers such as Pier 1 Imports, Bed, Bath, & Beyond, and Michaels, Cub Foods, and Home Depot. It is Easy to get on 694 and 35E. It is also very close to Circle Pine library, post office, Lake St strip shopping malls, gas station and Fleet Farm. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Town home association newly paved the asphalt drive ways and has a nice park with tennis courts. 4. Centennial School District is excellent and let everybody felt welcomed. 5. Current rent is priced well below market average to attract respectful responsible tenants that will maintain the property in original condition.
