This is a very sweet spot. It has a reasonably flat yard at the top of the knoll and really really spectacular long range mountain views and it overlooks a beautiful farm too. On the outside the home looks good. But, on the inside it is - Disaster! There is no kitchen, no bathroom, someone started painting the walls, there are no light fixtures, there is no flooring in 1/2 of the house, (the other part looks pretty good though). It could be a great house for a remodeler or investor but estimates to replace what is not there is between 50 and 60 k so I don't believe it will qualify for a loan. It does come with lots of treasures in boxes in the basement and you get them all and everything else too!
