This is probably the single nicest place I have ever lived in. It is a LARGE 1 bedroom with an amazing kitchen and views of a cute little pond. The building is brand new (I was the first to occupy this unit) and the management company is incredibly attentive. This is one of the best units in the property because of the pond views and skylight in the bathroom. The community has a fully equipped gym, a fire pit, and plenty of green area for play and/or walking a dog. The building caters to every age group from young singles, to seniors, to families with kids. It is a short drive from Middleton, Verona, or Fitchburg as well as all the shopping near the West Towne mall. In case you can't tell, I really love this place and if it wasn't for an unexpected new job, I was totally prepared to live here long term. Can either be occupied as a sublet (current lease expires in February) or as a new lease entirely. Will waive security deposit. Water and parking (2 spaces) are included.
