Storage units exterior to fenced-in not included in rental. Partial finished, Guest home is not included in the rental due to there not being heat, A/C, or running water. Therefore, currently, the Guest home cannot be occupied for any reason, including being used for storage. Rent includes: Rent, HOA $2,900.00, Landscaping (optional) is an additional $300.00 monthly . First month's rent is due at signing. + Security Deposit equal to 1 month's rent - No smoking allowed. Utilities are the responsibility of the renter. Pets are ok with a Pet deposit. Renters' insurance is required.
