I am looking for someone to take over my lease! Not a sublet but "Replacement". You take over my lease while I get removed. I reside at The Lakes in South Whitehall Township Allentown PA. Within the Parkland SD- Parkway Manor ES. Looking to have someone go through their application process and pick up my lease from October 20, 2025 through January 29, 2026. May renew lease independently thereafter. They offer 3 months, 6 months, 12+ month lease options. I can provide more information privately but keep in mind that I am looking for a responsible person(s). They have their own rules so welcome to go onto their site to review and also the amenities (fitness center, lounge and pool). Two bedroom two bath second floor apartment with a balcony. Two people per bedroom allowed. No pets over 50 lbs on the second floor. Carport option for additional cost.
