Or hop on a ferry over to Shell Island-it's only accessible by boat! This unit is available only for the months of November, December, January, February and March. For 2024/2025 season March is the only open month available but will be accepting 2025/2026 reservations. This is a snowbird rental during the off season, Nov thru March. March rental is $5400 all others are as posted $2400 book multiple months for discounted negotiable rate. All utilities are included, Parking pass and amenities bracelets need to be purchased for $85 at the concierge at check-in. This is a 1-time fee for the length of your stay includes 1 parking pass and 6 bracelets.
