The guest room is a private room with a tv, bed, closet, and nightstands. The guest room is connected to a private bathroom with a toilet and shower/tub. Everything else is shared space: Common areas are the following: living room, kitchen, closet, bathroom. The living room has furniture and a tv already. Kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, lots of cabinets, etc. There is a basement but it is limited access to only the washing machine and dryer. No smoking allowed inside; No marijuana, vaping, drugs, etc. (inside the house). No Parties. Follow quiet times. Any personal item(s) destruction is expected to be replaced/repaid. Quiet time after 10pm all days except Friday and Saturday. Note: If renter desires to take care of (not expected) household duties such as deep cleaning, helping upkeep the household and/or common areas. A reduction in rent payment can be discussed. Any additional concerns, comments, etc. Can be directly and/or indirectly discussed.
