City bike station is also just around the corner if you don't own a car. There is bike storage in the basement if you own your own bike. There is doorman service throughout the day, so you packages will be signed and safely stored in the package room. Yes, it has a gym, and the gym is really nice. Other than the normal equipments, we installed a squat rack, yes, a squat rack for real workouts. So that should save your gym membership and make it a lot easier to exercise just downstairs. Owners pays for water and gas. Renter pays for electricity. No parking space attached to the unit, but you can find parking spaces to rent from owners in the same building.
