Custom designed Georgian Colonial by architect David Washington of Washington Architectural Group in Morristown, NJ & built by DeSapio Brothers Construction from Kingwood Twp, NJ. As the Tewksbury building inspector would state on numerous occasions during construction of this home during 2001-2002 period, this home is designed & built to be a structural fortress. It has 6 inch outer walls throughout, even in garage, twelve inch thick poured concrete basement walls reinforced with rebar steel waterproofed and insulated. Large over-sized steel I-beams & parallams were specified & used throughout. All aspects of design and construction of this house is superior quality throughout.
