Studio Apartment w/ bonus room Currently looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease, about 7 months. Pictures are of a similar apartment with a mirrored layout, I can provide my own pictures on request, I am still living here so it is still furnished, which is why I am using these photos for the post. Unit features brand new double pane windows. Water heater closet in blue prints is actually bigger and slopes down under the stairs. Carpeting through out, minus kitchen and bathroom. This unit is unique and has a garbage disposal. Free onsite parking (90 spots for 60 units) I've never had to park far from my apartment. Cats and Dogs allowed with deposit. On site laundry. I'm moving out to live with friends, I love this apartment, the landlords are super cool never had an issue. It is a downstairs unit, never had a problem with noise. It does not share any walls with neighbors, just with the stairwell (only two units use these stairs) and of course the upstairs unit. It has easy access to I5 and Barbur blvd. Water and garbage included in rent, electricity and internet paid by tenant. I've paid about $60 for electricity and use it quite a bit between computers, video games, and TV. Move in would be prorated first month and then last months rent would be paid to me, no extra deposit (minus for pets). Looking to move asap so I can get in with my friends at another place. willing to show when I'm available. Owners pay trash and water, electricity is responsibility of tenant.
