The loft is located in a quite neighborhood in beautiful downtown CDA and is only a ten minute walk or 3 minute drive to the main downtown area. It features a lovely private deck and all new amenities. A full kitchen, washer/dryer, AC, plenty of closet and storage space, and available garage storage for larger items make this a perfect home away from home. All utilities are included in monthly rent. Security deposit is refundable at the end of your stay. An upgraded wifi network provides for all your work and streaming needs. Disney plus, Hulu and Netflix are available on the TV and are included with your stay. Smart TV has options for HBO, Amazon, and other popular streaming services. No smoking of any kind inside the residence please. Off street parking is available in a shared driveway or parking area around the back of the building. No pets please, I have just had to many bad experiences with pet owners.
