This home is a 3 bedroom , two bathroom home. It has a bonus room, which can be an office , game room or an extra bedroom. It has a linen closet and a closet behind the front door for coats or shoes , or other stuff. The house has cathedral ceilings in the living room. It is an open concept in the kitchen and Livingroom. It has a bar in the middle of it , to break it up. The bar has a stove in it that sets 3 people. The kitchen table will set 7 or 8 people. The kitchen is fully furnished. The Livingroom had a queen sleeper and the bonus room has a queen sleeper too. The living room has a couch, love seat and a recliner in it .The house has a master bathroom attached to the master bedroom. The other bathroom is close to the two other bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed , and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds in them. Our home is fully furnished with linens and it has a washer & dryer too. The house has central air and heat. It has a gas water heater and gas logs. We also have a generator that runs the whole house when the power is off. Our house also has a seven person Hot Tub included on a closed in porch outside. It has a open deck and another screened in porch with outdoor furniture, so that you can sit and listen to the birds and the creek. It is very peaceful. We have a big yard and it the lower yard , it has a big firepit that you can set by at night and make smores or just talk and watch the fire. In the upper yard you yard you can play wiffle ball or football. It is a great place for children or a retired couple. I grew up in this house and it is a wonderful place to live. The Home is 2 miles from the Nantahala Outdoor Center and the Appalachian trail is really close. It is 3 miles from the Fontana Lake and 20 minutes from Bryson City and Deep Creek. The property has plenty of parking. It has a two car car port. You can also park in front of the property on the side of the road. We can do a longer lease if needed. First month and last months rent will be required. You will be responsible for all the utilities and gas for the Gas Hot water heater, gas logs and a gas generator that runs the whole house , when the power is off.. You will have to put the power in your name and the gas will have to be in your name too. If you want a faster speed , you will have to pay more. We will keep the up keep on the Hot Tub and we will keep the yard mowed. I will need 3 references and a credit report. I will need check stubs to validate everything.
