This is the downstairs unit of an old farmhouse that has been lovingly restored on an acre and a half in historic Berlin, MD. It has a large kitchen and wrap around screened in porch. This apartment has it's own private entrance and washer and dryer. There is shared access to the yard. This house is just on the outskirts, about one mile from, historic downtown Berlin. This house is a short term rental through the summer and tourist seasons, but off-season, she is available for 3-6 months for mid-term rental. You are responsible for 1/2 of the house utilities and 1/2 of Xfinity. We will allow 1 dog in the house, but please do not let the dog on the furniture, and make sure to clean up after your dog in the yard because we don't want to inconvenience the other guests. *No smoking permitted inside the house or on the porches. *No burning of incense allowed in the house. *There are quiet hours from 11 pm - 9 am to be respectful of the other guests and neighbors. *The fire pit area is shared between the two units. *All trash is to be taken to the bins out front of the house for Tuesday morning pick up. *Parking for this unit is to the left facing the house. *We will add on a $300 cleaning fee upon checkout unless you choose a monthly cleaning fee of $150. *If there will be a pet on the premises we will charge an extra $300 pet security deposit.
