The 3rd floor has a Primary Room with King Bed and a 2nd bedroom Ensuite with a Queen bed. Each bedroom has good size closets, work desks and private bathrooms. The 2nd floor is your living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, 1/2 bath, and office space. There is also a pull-out couch with an additional queen bed for guests. The 1st floor entry includes a mudroom, laundry room, and garage. The place is set up for keyless entry and a security system is available. Walk to the park, downtown or take the bikes on miles of lovely bike trails. Close to public transportation. Owner pays for utilities (including water, gas, electric, internet, garbage/recycling). Parking available in covered garage (1 car fits best) with plenty of street parking available. No smoking or pets allowed. We appreciate renters who are respectful to our neighbors and enjoy our place with care. Townhome is available starting March 1st, 2023 (minimum stay is 30 days) and will be available through July 6th, 2023. Townhome is professionally cleaned before your arrival and there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee at departure.
