The house also features an in-closet stackable front-loading washer/dryer making laundry convenient without taking up much of the living space. The house has a huge fenced-in, flat backyard including a 400-square-foot patio, making the house great for entertaining and pets! While convenient to City of Decatur, Emory, and the CDC, Medlock Park is also a great, quiet neighborhood for nature lovers. The house is located a short walk from Medlock Park and pool which is connected via the DeKalb County path and trail system to Mason Mill Park, Emory, and beyond.
