Within walking distance to Fox Hollow Elementary School. There is a private Catholic School not far up little road. Plenty of churches around. This neighborhood is pretty centrally located, and you don't have to drive far for groceries, shopping, or school. Outback, Olive Garden, Chili's, Lonestar, Red Lobster are just a few of the casual chain restaurants available. This is a great little Thai place up the road also. The commute to Tampa (airport area) takes about 40-45 minutes via the Veteran's Parkway. Commute time to St. Pete/Clearwater is about 35 minutes via US 19 or McMullen Booth. Downtown St. Pete would be around 40-45 minutes or less, depending on route.
