This is a second floor unit of a two story building. Our unit has carpet throughout the bedrooms, living room, and dining area and tile in kitchen and bathroom. The photos are from the website based on the unit we have. The complex does feature upgraded units, but ours is not one of those! The unit is at the end of a building and is very quiet. We lived there for over a year and never had an issue with noise or disturbance. This unit is great for students who need to be close to UNF or for small families. The complex recently underwent a renovation so it features a brand new gym, and infinity pool with a cabana style deck, and a new club house!! The gym is 24 hours and really great! Rent is $960 plus water and sewage. The average water/sewage bill is around $20, this is where the value $980 comes in. Lease is through December 2015.
