1 Room for rent in my home. I live here. 1 month lease but we can change to 12 months if everything works out. 1 very large bedroom and bathroom for rent, newly renovated. Bedroom has a closet, full size bed, pull out sofa, foosball table, dresser, nightstand, and bookshelves. We would share the open living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a large back deck and large fenced in back yard. The front porch has 2 rocking chairs and a table. I live here and have 3 children 50% of the time. With the kids' extracurriculars and me being a teacher we leave early and get home late. I have 1 cat and 1 small dog that are pretty awesome. Electric, water, internet, and landscaping included in rent. Renting 1 large room in my home. $800 1st month's rent and $500 security deposit due upon signing. No smoking inside. Groceries can be shared if the cost is shared. 1 off street parking space is included. If pet is approved it will be expected that tenant cleans behind it. There is a nonrefundable $100 pet deposit. If both parties are happy after the first month, we can change to a 6 month lease or keep it month to month.
