Bedroom has a closet, full size bed, pull out sofa, foosball table, dresser, nightstand, and community bookshelves. We would share the open living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a large back deck and large fenced in back yard. The front porch has 2 rocking chairs and a table. I live here and have 3 children 50% of the time. With the kids' extracurriculars and me being a teacher you would have some privacy. I have 1 cat and 1 small dog that are pretty awesome. Lease will be $450 biweekly. $450 due on the 1st and 15th of each month. No smoking inside. Groceries can be shared if the cost is shared. 1 off street parking space is included. If pet is approved it will be expected that tenant cleans behind.
