I would not be paying buyers agent, will have to figure out a way to complete the documentation. I have put hardwood floors in the house, it does need some repairs, it’s a humongous house (I think the largest in my subdivision) in a great neighborhood, has more than doubled in value since I bought it and should again the next 10 years. Do not waste my time by trying to convince me to sell for less or any other nonsense tactics typical real estate agents pull. Be sensible and respectful and I will treat you the same.
