The room is 11 x13 ft and has a private bathroom for the new renter. This place is currently occupied by myself and my roommate Pam and are in the 40's age range and looking for a stable and relaxed roommate. The owner pays for gas and water. The renter is responsible for their share of electricity and Internet wifi. Renters are expected to clean up after themselves in all common areas. The lease will initially be 6 months with an option to renew to 6 months or a year.
