We offer seasonal mid-term rentals starting at 30 days. Currently available for seasonal midterm leases minimum of 30 days May 1, 2025-April 2026. Offering 1, 2 or 3 month leases with some flexibility. We do not have a short term license so any rental will have to be for a minimal of 30 days. For Dec 2025-April 2026, our rate will be $5700 a month plus security deposit. For Sept-Nov 2025 our rate will be $5370 a month. For May 2025-Aug 2025 our rate will be $4260 due to expected construction inconveniences. Important Disclosure: During May-Aug, 2025 we are offering lower rate of $4260 a month but during this period there will be construction and possibly no access to the balcony and covered parking. There will most likely be construction noises during the day related to replacement of siding, balcony, roofing as well as possible electrical of water outages related to construction. If these conditions are acceptable, please contact us for more rental information. No smoking, or vaping allowed in the unit or on the balcony. No subletting or arbitrage allowed per lease. Subletting and short-term rentals are prohibited by Summit County. -Furnishings: The unit comes fully furnished, including kitchen cookware, plate/utensils, cooking supplies, towels for both bathing and swimming, and two sets of linens for each bed. Tenant is expected to Launder soiled linens periodically during their occupancy. Documented inventory and furnishings are not allowed to be removed from the unit and will be charged back to the tenant should items be missing or replaced. Please communicate with us if anything needs repair or attention. A Mandatory walk through will occur on first day and last day of lease occupancy. -Accessibility: There is a front and back entrance to the staircase. The 2nd floor is accessible by one flight of steps from the front entrance. This unit is not wheelchair accessible. -HOA rules must be followed and condition of lease. -Required: A $250 standard cleaning fee applies. If extensive deep cleaning is required, this will be charged back to the tenant through their security deposit. Evidence of paid Renter's insurance policy with minimum $30,000 liability is required. Prohibited: Subletting or arbitrage is prohibited by owner and per Summit County regulations.
