This unit is part of our small property with just nine units. We're a friendly building and looking for other friendly folks to be a part of our property. You'll be responsible to establish service in your name for the electricity, cable, internet and if you choose to have Renters Insurance. We cover water, sewer, gas, landscape and pool maintenance as well as trash pick up. We love animals but not everyone does, so to keep the peace for all of our residents, we do not allow pets at this property. This apartment can be rented for occupancy by 1 person only by fire and insurance codes, no more, so please don't ask. There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the apartments or public interior areas of the property at anytime. There's one assigned parking space. Visiting guests must park on the street.
