Walk or bike to the fabulous eateries, shopping or microbreweries our area has to offer! Enjoy our pool or take a short drive to the beach! All utilities included! We do cap electricity at $200/month. If you want to heat the pool in the spring, it may cost extra. Off-street parking is included. No smoking. Pets welcome, but we do have an additional $200 fee for each pet, per month. The large backyard is completely fenced in. Driveway plowing, pool care, and landscaping are all included. You will be responsible for cleaning costs at the end of the rental, which usually averages $250, but can be more or less depending on the condition of our home at the end of the lease. Lease is only available until 5/31/2022.
