The constantly used family room which is 8x21 is the family epicenter of the house. Used for games, movies and computer activity, it has been wonderful!

Neighborhood Description
Robbins Farm is across the street from the newly renovated Brackett School. It is a wonderful place for kids of all ages. Kite flyers, playground fanatics, soccer players and more. In the winter people come from all over to sled on the hill. In summer there are Friday night movies and on July 4th you can watch the fireworks fired from the Espalnade!
My favorite hidden gem is Menotomy Rocks Park. This is a 33 acre park a 2 minute walk away! Once you step in the woods you feel like you are miles away!! Recently refurbished, there is a great jogging path around a lovely pond, trail for walking and a play area for the little ones! Dog owners love it too!
For commuters, this area is popular because of its easy access to Route 2, Alewife T and Mass Ave. bus lines.
Also nearby is the Minuteman Bike path that runs from Alewife to Bedford!
The town services (police, fire, garbage) are truly wonderful. The library is beautiful and has a wonderful collection. The schools are fabulous (just check the MCAS scores through they years!). The restaurants are amazing! You will not be disappointed!!
