Rent includes - sewer, water, premium cable and internet. This unit is on the 2nd floor of a three story walk-up. There are AC units in the living room and master bedroom. Washer/dryer in unit also. Close to Pearl Ridge, military bases and the bus line. There are two pools, jacuzzi and BBQ area on the property. There is one assigned covered parking stall. Unfortunately building management does not allow pets :( **There is an ongoing project at the complex and all the toilets and pipes are being changed out. It normally takes two weeks - and they just come in and do the work, etc... I ASKED to do this unit now since it's vacant but I think they have to go in order. The longer the better :)
