One bedroom apartment on the second floor. There are a lot of stairs to get up there. Heat and hot water are included. There are vinyl plank floors throughout the apartment. There is no central AC. The heat is hot water baseboard. One off street parking spot. The apartment will be available October 1st. Each adult who plans on living in the apartment needs to fill out an application separately. If the application looks good, we schedule a time to walk through the apartment. If you like the apartment, each adult needs to a $40 fee for a criminal, credit and eviction background check. Below is a link to a video walkthrough of the apartment. Owner pays for heat, water, garbage and landscaping. Tenant pays for electric and cable/internet if wanted. Pets are welcome but need to be friendly to strangers.
