Positive landlord references (no prior negative tenant/landlord history, example: eviction or court cases with landlord) * All applicants are subject to a state and federal criminal background check. Owner pays for trash and lawn service. No smoking is allowed at the property. Up to two pets (totaling no more than 75lbs) are allowed with an additional, non-refundable $250 pet fee, per pet plus a monthly $25 pet rent, per pet.
