    This home was bought in 2013 and has only one owner. The kitchen looks into the dining area where you can have a formal table as well as stools that sit up to the bar. The kitchen has a side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel dishwasher and stove. The granite countertops provide a rich look with the brown wood cabinets. The upstairs has beige carpet. The upstairs has a master bedroom with a bathroom inside with a garden tub. There is an additional room, without a door, that can be used as a study, workout room, man cave or game room. This room is between the master and the second bedroom and full bathroom. The one bedroom that is pictured with raspberry walls is being pained the same color as the rest of the home. There is a designated parking spot directly in front of the home and any unmarked spot may be parked in as well. There is additional parking towards the end of the street. The bike trail is just a few miles away. The Gills YMCA is 5 minutes away. It has a huge pool with a slide. The nearby neighborhoods have two retention ponds that you can fish out of. This is a perfect place for a small family or a couple with minimum upkeep. The electric bill varies between $50-$100 and the water bill is around $50 per month. The only other expenses would be cable and renters insurance if wanted. Tennant will be responsible for electric and water as well as keeping the patio free of weeds and clean. Tennant will pay first, last and a $1,000 deposit as well as $50 per person over the age of 18 to perform background and sexual offenders investigation, a $75 non refundable application fee for applicant(s), a $200 refundable common area security deposit, and a non refundable $75 pet deposit per pet. We lowered the deposit to offset the other fees. There is an HOA process that has to be followed in order to rent the property.
