It is fully stocked with serving ware, kitchen essentials, and a Keurig coffee machine with pods, sugar, and creamer. Seven well-appointed bedrooms, each with an attached private bathroom, provide a tranquil space to unwind. The home comfortably sleeps 16 guests with six luxurious king-size beds and four cozy twin bunks. Entertainment options include Wi-Fi, TVs throughout the home, a game room with a foosball table and arcade game, and a variety of indoor games. Pets are welcome for a fee of $200 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if waste beyond hair is found. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $100 plus tax and must be booked and paid for the duration of your stay. The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate at no additional charge. They are harmless but can be numerous, so it's recommended to keep doors closed and lights off at night to minimize their presence indoors. Snakes are also common at times from the Marsh. If you notice one on the property, contact us for removal. Guests will enjoy complete access to the entire property with a secure door code sent 2 days before arrival, providing access to the front door smart lock and the smart lock on the elevator door on the driveway.
