No smoking inside, but a nice porch with sun and mountain views if you like to sit outside. House is located one block from crown hill park and lake. There is no smoking in the house, but there are outdoor spaces where the renter is permitted to smoke. There is someone who comes to clean the shared spaces once a week to ensure that everyone is comfortable in the house.
