I have 2 private rooms with a bathroom and walk in closet for each room. Must be 420 friendly and okay with dogs. I have 3 small dogs so I would prefer no pets. It's a 2500 square foot house (Unfortunately no yard) with all amenities. Utilities come out to 300 split evenly. I work 12 hours Friday through Sunday so I'm basically gone half of the week. I do have a 7 year old daughter who is with me sunday night through Wednesday. So I would prefer girl roommates. 12 month lease. No cigarettes.
