Hobby farm with 5.5 acres, 2 barns, 3 car garage...4 fenced grass pastures, circle gravel driveway, 60 evergreen trees, includes refrigerator, range, washer and dryer. For the past 8 years, I have heated the house with the built in fireplace and the wood burning stove (included) and a space heater on occasion. My only utility bill is for electric which is about $60/month. There is a private well and septic.
