This house has had 2 major renovations: the first in 1992 with a new bedroom, new bathroom, rebuilt 2 bathrooms into one large, one 1/2 bath, added an off garage (small garage sized storage area) room. In 2009 we put in all new cherry kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops and a large all weather sunroom off the back. A new wood floor was installed in the family room in 2022 and the whole exterior house was painted and new guttering was installed. The house has all hard wood floors except one upstairs carpeted bedroom and the tile bathrooms and imported Italian tile in the kitchen.
