The property is 19 km from John's Pass and Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk, 24 km from Chihuly Collection, 25 km from Tropicana Field and St. Pete Pier, and 7 km from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport. The property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
