The gross income to rent ratio to qualify is 3 to 1. Applicants must tour property 24 hours prior to submitting an application. Schedule tour with property manager in advance, please do not disturb current resident. Renters Insurance is required, with a verifiable (minimum) $300,000 policy due before Lease signing. (very inexpensive when coupled with your vehicle insurance). Tenants pay all utilities: Water, Sewer & Garbage, Gas, Electricity and Internet Services. No Smoking allowed. We do not accept a comprehensive reusable Tenant Screening Report, as defined by RCW 59.18.257(iv).
